The amenities like the business suites and multipurpose room are practical for someone like me who sometimes works from home. The price range of 28 L to 45 L is competitive. I did notice that the construction quality seemed standard, nothing exceptionally premium, but solid enough for the price. The surrounding area is developing, which adds to the potential value.
