We were renting in Ghaziabad for yeaand finally decided to buy our own plot in Vardah Sahara Enclave. We chose a 450 square feet plot for about 4.5 Lakh. It's ready to move, which was a big factor for us. The location near Khera Dhrampura is decent, with access to GT Road and Delhi-Meerut Road. DPSG International Dasna being so close is a great plus for our children. The construction quality of the surrounding completed homes looks solid. Our main issue is the traffic noise from the nearby main roads, especially during peak houIt can be quite disruptive. We are hoping to build a soundproof boundary wall.

Our only minor concern is that the metro station is quite far, nearby, so commuting via metro will be a challenge. Otherwise, the Vardah Buildeteam has been cooperative.

We got a decent sized plot, around 450 square feet, which was quite affordable at the time, around 4.5 Lakh. The connectivity to GT Road and Delhi-Meerut Road is also a plus. My husband uses these roads for his occasional trips. While the initial price was good, I do wish there were some more basic amenities like a community center or better internal roads. It's mostly quiet here though, which is what we wanted.
