I purchased a 3600 sq.ft apartment in Vardaan Ratan Heights last month. The location in Morabadi is quite convenient, with Ranchi Univeity and the railway station only about 5 kilometeaway. I needed a place that felt secure and had good amenities, and this project offeATM, utility shops, and a children's play area which are useful. Power backup is also a big plus for me. The only minor issue I've noticed is that the internal roads within the complex could be a bit wider, especially when visitoarrive. Overall, it feels like a solid investment for the future and a comfortable place to live.

After retiring, I wanted a spacious home in a peaceful locality, and Vardaan Ratan Heights seemed like a good fit. The 4 BHK configuration is very large, 3600 sq.ft, offering plenty of room. It was completed back in 2012, so it's a well-established property. The community hall is a nice touch for gatherings, and the landscaping makes the complex pleasant. Proximity to NH23 and NH33, both nearby, is helpful for occasional travel. My main concern, however, is the absence of readily available information about the Occupancy Certificate, which makes me a bit hesitant. The price point of 1.08 Crore onwards is reasonable for the size, but that OC is important.

Its proximity to NH23 and NH33, both within nearby, is very convenient for my travel needs. However, the traffic congestion on the main roads leading to Morabadi during peak houcan be quite significant, which is a daily frustration. Despite that, the overall value proposition for a 4 BHK at 1.08 Crore onwards in this location is strong.

We were looking to upgrade from our rented place and found Vardaan Ratan Heights. The 3600 sq.ft 4 BHK apartment is exactly what we needed for our growing family. It's ready to move in, which was a big factor for us. The location in Morabadi is great, being close to the Ranchi Railway Station and Ranchi Univeity. We liked the idea of having essential services like an ATM and utility shops within the complex itself. The children's play area is also a definite plus. The only drawback we've observed is that parking can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, which is something we need to manage. Otherwise, it feels like a good long-term home.
