I work in central Chennai and the metro station is just nearby, making my daily travel so much easier. Pachaiyappas college Metro Station is close by. The apartment is Vastu compliant, which was important to me. The price was around 95 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the amenities and location. My only small concern is that the roads leading to the building can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable.
