The Vani Vihar Developeseem to have included basic but important amenities like car parking and a gated community. Being close to City Montessori School (0 KM) is also a plus, even though I don't have kids yet. The main drawback I've noticed is that the internal roads within the community are a bit narrow, making maneuvering larger vehicles tricky sometimes.
