It’s right on the Mambakkam Road junction, making it easy to travel. ColouIndian School and LifeCell International are also very close by. Vanavil Estate has provided essential amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which gives me peace of mind as a fit-time buyer. I purchased a 600 sq.ft plot, which is a good starting point. The landscaping looks nice too. The only thing is that the final road leading into the plot area is still a bit rough, but I expect that to be fixed soon.
