I decided on Vamanan JK Avenue because it's ready to move and the location in Medavakkam felt promising for future growth. Having Velammal New Gen School right there is fantastic, making it easy for family if needed. The power backup is a must-have in Chennai, and Vamanan Estates has included it. The airport metro station is about 7.6 kilometeaway, which is manageable for occasional travel. My main concern is the overall maintenance. Since it's ready to move, I hope the upkeep remains good. The rooms feel a bit compact, but for a single peon, it’s manageable. The Rain Water Harvesting system is also a good environmental feature.
