It’s good that they have a children's play area, even though we don't have kids yet, it’s nice for the future. The internal roads and footpaths look well-constructed. We visited the site and the solid waste management system seemed organized. Our main concern is the connectivity to the main IT corridor; the Airport Metro Station is about 6.7 kilometeaway, which might make the daily commute a bit long. However, the 24x7 water supply is a definite plus point. Overall, it seems like a decent option for a young couple starting out.
