We are considering the 2677 Sq.ft plot, which would give us ample space for a garden and play area for the children. It’s good that the developer, Value Space Infraprojects Llp, has planned for residential plots here. The area is developing and it feels like a good place to settle down. Construction is ongoing and expected to finish by May 2025. We did notice a bit of dust from the ongoing construction on the main road, but that’s expected. It’s worth the trade-off for the location.
