We really liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance for peace of mind. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road SH 234 is a huge plus for our commutes. We are considering a plot around 800 Sq.ft, which is priced reasonably. One minor concern is the travel time to the city center during peak hou, but the development in the area is happening fast. The gym and chill-out lounge are nice touches for relaxation after work.
