We really liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance for peace of mind. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road SH 234 is a huge plus for our commutes. We are considering a plot around 800 Sq.ft, which is priced reasonably. One minor concern is the travel time to the city center during peak hou, but the development in the area is happening fast. The gym and chill-out lounge are nice touches for relaxation after work.

While it's ready to move, I'm not planning to build immediately, but rather hold it for a few yeaThe main drawback is the limited access roads directly to the project site.

The only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction in the wider Mannivakkam area, but we believe it will settle down.

The lack of OC received is a point of concern, but it is ready to move.
