The main reason for choosing this project was that it was ready to move in and the price started at 56.05 Lakh. Having Delhi Public School and Charnock Hospital so close by (0 KM) is a big advantage. The building structure is earthquake resistant, which gives me some confidence as a new buyer. While the area is developing, the immediate surroundings are quite peaceful. I'm still learning about property management, but Team Value Homes seems to have delivered on time.
