The location in Salt Lake City, Sector 3 is good, close to commercial areas and also has Apollo Hospital nearby. The price point of 41.23 L for this size was competitive. I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the garbage disposal system. Team Value Homes seems reliable. The only minor drawback is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but that is temporary.
