The biggest draw was the proximity to VGN Chinmaya Vidyalaya School, literally nearby, which saves so much time and hassle. Having Deepam Eye Hospital just as close is also a great comfort. Valli Mayil Properties Pvt Ltd has provided a secure environment with 24x7 security and CCTV. The price point around 60-70 Lakhs was what we aimed for. The only drawback is that some of the internal roads within the layout are still dusty, which is a bit inconvenient with young children, but hopefully, that will be addressed.
