As a government employee, I appreciate the ready-to-move aspect and the basic amenities provided. The Hawelia Group has ensured 24x7 water supply and security, which are essential. The price range, starting around 75 Lakh, was reasonable for the area. It's located in Sector 1 Noida Extension. The project also offefeatures like a multipurpose room and senior citizen siteout. My main concern is the distance to the metro station, which is over nearby, making daily commute a bit challenging without a peonal vehicle. The 3 open sides for the property are a nice feature.
