We were looking for a place in South Bangalore and Vakil Marigold caught our eye. The 910 sq.ft. 2 BHK flat offegood living space for a young couple. It's ready to move in, which saved us a lot of waiting time. We liked the idea of a gated community and the availability of a swimming pool and a tennis court. The proximity to New Baldwin International School is a huge plus for future planning. My only concern is the traffic on Hosur Road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. But the price of 44.75 Lakh seemed reasonable for the amenities offered. Vakil Housing Development Corporation seems to have delivered a good product.

After retirement, I was looking for a peaceful place to settle down. Vakil Marigold offered a 2 BHK flat which is quite spacious at 910 square feet built-up. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security, and the landscaping and tree planting make it pleasant. I specifically liked the amphitheater for community gatherings. Being close to Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center is also a comforting thought. The price of 44.75 Lakh was acceptable for my retirement funds. However, the distance to the Jayadeva Metro Station, nearly nearby, is a bit far for convenient public transport access if needed. The construction quality looks solid though.
