The strategic location in North Hyderabad, Bachupally, with easy access to the Nehru Outer Ring road, was a key factor for me. The project offeessential amenities like Storm Water Drains and Water Conservation systems, which are environmentally conscious. Vajra Minerals And Constructions seems to have focused on basic infrastructure. My only feedback is that the price felt a little high compared to other projects in the area, but the ready-to-move status was a major draw. I am evaluating it as a long term asset.

We were looking for a ready to move flat and Vajra Ojas caught our eye. The 2 BHK flat is 1130 Sq.ft, which felt spacious enough for us. It's nice that it's a gated community with 24x7 Water Supply and Street Lighting. Proximity to Miyapur Metro Station is a huge plus for our daily commute to work. The only thing that botheus a bit is the traffic getting onto the Nehru Outer Ring road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Otherwise, we are happy with the decision. The landscaping looks good too.

The 24x7 water supply is consistent, which is a big relief. However, the road leading to the main street from the project can be a bit narrow and congested during school drop-off and pick-up times, requiring extra care.
