The school, The New Cambridge English School, is about 1.86 kilometeaway, which is quite convenient. The 2 BHK apartment is a good size, around 1197 square feet, giving everyone enough space. We liked that there is 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, which makes us feel safe. The water supply is also 24x7, which is important. My only slight worry is that the area can get a bit congested during peak hou, but overall we are happy with the decision. The price was within our budget at around 71 Lakhs.
