    After a lot of searching, we have put our money down for a flat at Vaishnavi Pearl in Shivaji Nagar. It is a 3 BHK unit, which is 1505 square feet. This size is perfect for us now that the children have moved out. The total cost came to approximately 1.34 Crore. We liked that it's under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2025. This gives us ample time to plan our move from our current rented place. The location in Shivaji Nagar is quite central. We are a bit worried about the noise from the main road during the day, but hopefully, the building design will mitigate that. Vaishnavi is the developer, and we trust they will deliver a quality home.
