We liked Vaishnavi Elegance mostly because of the location. It's so close to Vasantiben And Chandubhai Patel English School and IRIS HOSPITAL, literally zero kilometeaway. That makes life really easy. We are looking at a 2.5 BHK apartment, around 449 square feet carpet area. The developer, Vaishnavi Associate, seems to be adding decent amenities like rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant, which is important for long-term living. The only thing is the construction is still going on, with completion expected in December 2028, so it's a bit of a wait. Also, the internal roads and footpaths are still being laid out.
