We decided on Vaishnaoi Garuda for our family home. The location in Mamidipally is quite convenient, with Healthway Hospital nearby. We are getting a 3 BHK apartment which is quite large, starting from 1574 Sq.ft. The kids are excited about the skating rink and the swimming pool. The project is under construction, with completion set for August 2028. The price for our unit is around 95 Lakh. My only minor worry is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity. However, the developer, Vaishnaoi DevelopeIndia Pvt Ltd, has assured us about the quality and timely delivery. The rain water harvesting system is also a plus.
