It’s a ready-to-move property, so she could settle in immediately. Vaichal Constructions Pvt Ltd is the developer. The community building and amphitheater are good amenities. One minor issue is the parking; it can get a little cramped if you have larger vehicles, although closed car parking is available. The street lighting is adequate. The location offedecent access to major roads like Lavasa Road and Paud Road.
