We bought a plot of 4811 sq.ft and plan to build our house soon. The price was on the higher side, around 1.44 Crore, but the location near Sevasi, Sherkhi in Vadodara made it worth considering. They have a children's play area and a gymnasium, which are great amenities for the family. The cycling and jogging track is also a nice touch for staying active. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but being close to the school is a major win.
