We have booked a 2 BHK apartment in Vaibhav Hari Dahan Heights Apartment. The carpet area is around 515 square feet, which feels decent for us. My partner liked that the developer, Vaibhav DevelopeKamatwade, is focusing on water conservation and has included rain water harvesting. It's still under construction, expected completion is March 2027. The location in Bibwewadi is quite convenient, close to St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL and Bharati Hospital, which is a huge plus. We are a bit worried about the parking though, as there are options for open and closed parking but we aren't sure how it will work out for residents with multiple vehicles. The metro station is a bit far at nearby, but we mostly use our car for now. Overall, we are hopeful about this purchase.

My only real concern is the Bibwewadi Road itself. It can get quite congested during peak hou, and I worry about the school run traffic. Also, the construction dust can be a bit much right now. We are hoping the developer manages these things well closer to handover. The car parking options are available, which is a relief.
