We wanted a modern flat in a developing area, and Vaghdevi Nest B1 in Nallagandla fits the bill. Being ready to move was perfect for us. The 2 BHK configuration with 1077 square feet built up area feels quite roomy for the two of us, and we can host friends easily. We really liked that they have water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems, which is important for us. It's located in North Hyderabad, making our commute to IT hubs easier. The only thing we are slightly worried about is the noise from the nearby road during peak traffic times, but inside the apartment it's not too bad. We are excited to make this our fit home.

The nearby Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is right at nearby, which is interesting for the area's development potential. The Gulmohar Colony Bus Stop is only a 6-minute walk away, providing good connectivity. I did notice that the parking area might be a little tight if many residents have multiple vehicles. However, for the price point I was expecting, it seems like a fair deal.

That proximity is incredibly convenient. The project itself is in Nallagandla, North Hyderabad. I looked at a 2 BHK, which has a built-up area of 1077 square feet. It feels like a decent size. The project is ready to move, so I could shift in without waiting. The amenities like sewage treatment plant and electrical meter room are practical. My only minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the neighborhood, but that should settle down eventually. Overall, the location and readiness were key factofor me.

Finally found a place that feels right. Vaghdevi Nest B1 is ready to move in, which was a huge plus for me as I needed to settle quickly. The 1077 square feet built up area for the 2 BHK is quite spacious, giving me room to set up my home office. It is located in North Hyderabad, Nallagandla, which is a growing area. Traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads, but once you get onto the internal lanes it’s manageable. The 24x7 water supply is a relief. I also appreciate the rainwater harvesting system they have in place. It’s a good residential project and I feel comfortable here.
