Vaastu Realtohas ensured good facilities like a sewage treatment plant and water conservation measures. The landscaping is pleasant, and the internal roads are decent. It's great that Raddiant Plus Hospital is nearby, which offepeace of mind. The community buildings are also a good addition for social gatherings. The only drawback we've noticed is the traffic noise during peak hou, as the project is situated near a main road. Apart from that, it’s a comfortable living space.

The recreation facilities seem promising, though we haven't used them much yet. The closed car parking is a relief.
