I am purchasing a home in Vaanya for my parents who will be living in Kolkata. The 3 BHK configuration, around 1464 Sq.ft, seems like a comfortable size for them. PS Group has included visitor parking and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which offepeace of mind. The area has good connectivity, with Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station nearby at nearby, and it’s also close to essential services. The price for our unit was around 3.10 Crore. My parents liked the idea of the amphitheater and the general green surroundings promised by the project. The December 2028 completion date means they will have to wait a bit, but it is under construction and looks promising. The extensive open spaces and tree planting are a big plus.

The only slight worry is the ongoing construction dust in the area, but we are hoping it settles down soon after completion. December 2028 completion is a bit far, but we are patient.
