We were looking for a decent 1 BHK for my parents in Coimbatore and stumbled upon VA Ahuja Highlands Apartments. The location in Podanur, close to the Salem - Kochi - Kanyakumari Highway, seemed convenient for them. The apartment size is around 615 Sq.ft which is quite comfortable for a couple. Vikram Ahuja Enterprise seems to have a good reputation. The price point of around 33.80 Lakh was within our budget for this area. My only worry is the lack of OC received, but since it's ready to move and they completed it in June 2017, I hope it’s a minor administrative thing. They offer a children's play area and a swimming pool, which my parents might use occasionally. Overall, it seems like a good option for their retirement.

I recently moved into VA Ahuja Highlands Apartments and am quite happy with my decision. The 1 BHK apartment is around 615 Sq.ft, which is spacious enough for me. I booked it for about 33.80 Lakh. The developer, Vikram Ahuja Enterprise, has provided good amenities like a skating rink and a party hall. What really sold me was the location; it’s just a minute from Sree Abirami Hospital Private Limited and the Podanur Railway Station Bus Stop. Being on Nanjudapuram Road means I have easy access to main roads. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives me a sense of security as I live alone. The construction quality seems solid, and the landscaping adds a nice touch to the complex.

Relocating to Coimbatore for work at Sree Abirami Hospital Private Limited made me look for properties nearby. VA Ahuja Highlands Apartments, developed by Vikram Ahuja Enterprise, is ideally situated just a minute away from the hospital and Podanur Railway Station Bus Stop. I purchased a 1 BHK unit which is about 614 Sq.ft and cost me 33.72 Lakh. The project is ready to move, which was a priority. They have a gymnasium and a multipurpose room, which are useful. The connectivity via Nanjudapuram Road and the Salem - Kochi - Kanyakumari Highway is excellent. My only reservation is that the traffic noise from the nearby highway can be a bit noticeable sometimes, especially during the day. However, considering the convenience for my commute, it’s a trade-off I am willing to make.

We liked that it's a ready-to-move project by Vikram Ahuja Enterprise, completed in June 2017. The 1 BHK configuration with saleable area around 616 Sq.ft is perfect for us as a starting point. The price of 33.88 Lakh is manageable, especially with the gym and swimming pool available. The location on Nanjudapuram Road is decent, and it's great that Vidhya Niketan Public School is just a minute away, though we don't have kids yet. The only drawback we noticed is the parking. While they offer open car parking, it can get quite cramped, especially during peak houWe are still considering it.

The price is around 33.75 Lakh, which feels a bit high for a 1 BHK, but the amenities like the gymnasium and landscaped gardens are appealing. Having the Podanur Railway Station Bus Stop just a minute away is a huge plus for connectivity. However, the area can get a bit dusty due to its proximity to the highway and ongoing developments, which is a slight concern.
