It’s not too far from Manipal Hospital Yeshwanthpur, which will save me commute time. I considered a 3 BHK apartment, with sizes around 1320 to 1500 square feet, offering ample space. The project is ready to move in, a big advantage. The price range of 1.05 Crore to 1.14 Crore is within my expectations for this area. I appreciate the inclusion of amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential for a comfortable living. Rainwater harvesting is also a good environmental feature. The nearby The New Cambridge English School at nearby is a bonus if I consider future family plans.
