We chose V6 Durgadevi Enclave primarily because of its proximity to SSM Public School, which is just nearby. This makes the morning school run so much easier. The 3 BHK apartment we got is 1500 square feet, offering enough room for our family. The project is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly after its completion in January 2024. Banashankari, 1st Stage, 2nd Block is a decent neighborhood. The only downside is the traffic around Vidhyappeta Circle during peak hou, which can be frustrating.

My only slight worry is the parking situation; it seems a bit congested for multiple vehicles. V6 Sheltehas a reputation for timely delivery, which was a key factor in our decision.

While the apartment itself is good, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit much sometimes. The Jayanagar Metro Station is nearby, which is a manageable distance.
