Having Annai Violet Matriculation & Higher Secondary School a short distance was a major deciding factor for us, making the school run much easier. My kids will also enjoy the space. The plot area is extensive, going up to 12500 Sq.ft for the larger configurations, which is fantastic. V4U Homes has ensured the houses are ready to move, so we can settle in quickly. The area in Chennai South is quite family-friendly. While the houses are spacious, we are a bit concerned about the parking situation if we have multiple vehicles, as independent house parking can sometimes be tricky in established neighborhoods. Still, overall a good choice.
