The proximity to NH 8 (5 mins) and the railway station (arm's length) offeexcellent connectivity for potential renteThe availability of amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium adds value for tenants. The project is ready to move in, which is a bonus. However, the carpet area, while decent, is not exceptionally large for a 3 BHK. I am expecting good rental returns given the location and the developer's previous work in the area.

The location in Vapi, Chala is quite convenient, especially since NH 8 is a short distance, making commutes easier. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities for unwinding after work.
