We bought a plot in V S Nagar in Melur because we wanted to build our own home. The location is quite convenient, being close to Jazz Public School and Thirupathi Dental care & Implant Centre. This means the kids won't have a long commute to school. We also liked that the Tamilnadu State Transport Bus Station is right there, making travel easy for visiting relatives. D Rajendran seems to be a reputable developer, and we've heard good things about their past projects. The plot is ready to move in, which is a huge advantage. We are planning to start construction next year. The main thing is we can design the house exactly how we want it, with plenty of space.
