The 2 BHK apartment is about 980 square feet, which feels spacious enough for me. It is located in R T Nagar, which is quite a convenient area. The price was within my budget, around 44 Lakhs. My parents were a bit worried about the construction quality since it was completed in 2013, but it seems okay so far. The only thing is the nearest metro station is about 3.76 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a distance. But overall, it's a good start for me. The developer, V Raheja Develope, seems to have a decent track record.
