The location in Dhankawadi, Bibwewadi is convenient, with schools and hospitals within reasonable distance, though Bharati Hospital is over nearby. The price of 1.08 Crore for the 3 BHK was at the upper end of our budget, but the size made it worthwhile. Having amenities like rainwater harvesting and 24/7 water supply is reassuring for a family. It’s ready to move, which was perfect for us. The developer, V R Kulkarni And Associates, has ensured good internal roads and footpaths. My only minor complaint is that the noise from the main road can be audible inside the apartment sometimes, even with the windows closed. The proximity to Nal Stop Metro Station is also a plus for weekend outings.
