After retirement, I wanted a peaceful place to build a small house. I visited V M Bhangdia Layout and liked the idea of buying a plot. The area is Wardha Road, Wela Harichandra. Vikas Mohanlal Bhangdia is developing this project, and I have seen some of their previous work which looked solid. They have plots available in sizes like 1039 Sq.ft and 2311 Sq.ft. The developer promises landscaping and tree planting, which sounds nice. Street lighting is also part of the plan. It is under construction and expected to finish by December 2027. My main concern is the dust and construction noise right now, which is quite a lot. It's a bit noisy during the day.
