While the pricing details weren't available when I bought, the overall potential for appreciation in this locality seems promising. The landscaping and tree planting planned should add to the aesthetic appeal.

The inclusion of a community hall and lifts is standard, but the 24x7 security and fire fighting system provide essential safety. My only hesitation is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected, but it's a bit much at times.
