The price around 53 Lakhs is what I could manage. I liked that the project has a children's play area and a clubhouse, which will be great for future family gatherings. The location is quite convenient, being close to the airport and Gauhati Univeity. The construction is ongoing, with completion planned for December 2029 by Uttarayan Group. My main concern is the construction dust on the site, which is expected given it’s under construction, but I hope they manage it well.
