The price was at the higher end of our budget, around 55.15 Lakh for the larger unit, but we felt it was justified given the space and amenities. Having a children's play area is perfect for our kids. The location is convenient, with schools and hospitals nearby. One concern we have is the traffic on Na-Ali during peak hou, which can get quite busy. However, the 24x7 water supply and high-speed elevatoare great conveniences.
