It is located in Jagatpura, Saraswati Nagar 'A', which is a developing area with access to NH-8. The swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained and I use them frequently. Being ready to move in was essential for me. The price point between 57 Lakh and 72 Lakh was acceptable. The only minor issue is the dust from the nearby highway, which is unavoidable given the location. Overall, it provides a comfortable living experience.
