We were looking for a bigger place and decided on a 3 BHK in Utopia Estate. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 1880 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space. We loved the design by Chelsea West, New York, and the landscaping looks very calming. The clubhouse facilities, including badminton, are a great addition. It's ready to move, which was perfect for our timeline. The location in Chipiyana Buzurg is developing, and it's good that schools like Silverline Prestige are nearby, although they are nearby. My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the wider area, which might be an issue initially. Water supply is 24x7, which is essential.

Finding a place with good amenities for the kids was important, so we checked out Utopia Estate. They have a swimming pool, jogging track, and indoor games, plus the 80% open area is fantastic for them to play safely. We got a 2 BHK which is 1250 Sq.ft. It’s ready to move, and the completion was December 2023. The fire fighting system and 24x7 water supply are reassuring. Manipal Hospital is also nearby, which is good to know. The only thing is that parking can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. The Vastu compliant design was a definite plus for my wife. Overall, a good environment for family life.

It's ready to move, which was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The built-up area for the 1 BHK is 750 Sq.ft. The proximity to NH-24 is convenient for my commute to Noida. However, the traffic on the highway during peak houcan be frustrating. Also, the Wi-Fi availability is good, but I hope the speed is consistent. The gymnasium looks well-equipped. We haven't seen the final finished quality yet, but the construction seems sturdy from the outside. It's a good investment for now.
