Utkal Buildeprovided all the details about the Vastu compliance during my site visit. It is under construction right now but the progress is visible. Patrapada is a quiet locality which I prefer for my home. The price was around 1.2 Crore which fits my plan. I am tracking the September 2025 deadline closely. My only small concern is that the approach road has some heavy vehicle traffic during the day. Otherwise I am very happy with the layout and the overall design of the project.
