It is situated in Laxmisagar, which is a very well connected part of Bhubaneswar. Sunshine Hospital is just 200 meteaway, which is very comforting. The price is around 1.98 Crore, and I am happy with the value I am getting. The construction is still in progress, and I am waiting for June 2024 to move into my new home. I hope the quality of the finish matches my expectations after the final inspection.
