My wife loved the idea of a Penthouse unit because of the extra space and privacy. Utkal Buildehas promised several smart features like home automation and enhanced security systems which makes us feel safe. The project is under construction with completion set for January 2028. My only minor worry is that the area gets a bit busy during the peak office hou, but that is expected in a prime location like Patia. Overall, it seems like a decent place for our retirement yea
