The location in Barisha, Tollygunge is quite appealing because GD Birla School is nearby, which is very convenient for our children. The project has a jogging track and a landscaping area that looks nice in the plans. UST Constructions is the developer, and the price for our unit was about 1.02 Crore. The three-sided open apartment design is a great feature for ventilation. One thing that is a bit of a concern is the parking situation; it's not explicitly mentioned how ample it will be, and we have two caAlso, the project is IGBC Gold Pre-certified, which is good for the environment.

We are looking forward to the completion in August 2027. The project seems to have good amenities like a jogging track and an open gym which will be nice for my morning walks. My only concern is the construction dust in the area right now, but I expect that to settle down once work is complete. The price was around 1.03 Crore, which felt reasonable for the size and location. UST Constructions has a decent reputation.
