The location in Barisha, Tollygunge is quite appealing because GD Birla School is nearby, which is very convenient for our children. The project has a jogging track and a landscaping area that looks nice in the plans. UST Constructions is the developer, and the price for our unit was about 1.02 Crore. The three-sided open apartment design is a great feature for ventilation.
