    After retirement, we wanted a peaceful place, and Usshar Phase 1A seemed like a good option from Ambuja Neotia. The 2 BHK flat, around 800 square feet, is spacious enough for us. We liked the landscaping and tree planting feature. It is ready to move, which was convenient. The price was reasonable at about 36 Lakh. However, the road leading to the property could be better maintained; it's a bit dusty during dry weather and can get muddy after rain. Also, the Amphitheater is a nice touch, but we hope it gets utilized frequently for community events. Overall, it's a peaceful environment.
