I opted for a larger 3 BHK, around 1300 sq.ft, which cost me approximately 42 Lakhs. Being ready to move was a key factor, and the project was completed in April 2015. The amenities are quite comprehensive, including a swimming pool, gym, and a jogging track, which are good for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The proximity to the metro station (5 mins) and bus stop (4 mins) is excellent for connectivity. However, the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the wider Whitefield area can be a bit much sometimes, though it's improving.

It's a great location, especially with the metro station just a 5-minute ride away, making our commutes to work much easier. We got a unit with a super builtup area of 1200 sq.ft for around 38 Lakhs. The project is ready to move and the completion date was April 2015, so it's a well-established property. We appreciate the 24x7 security and water supply, which are essential. The clubhouse and swimming pool are also nice perks for relaxing on weekends. One thing that could be better is the internal roads within the complex, they feel a bit narrow for comfortable driving.

    We chose Ushodaya Pallavi because of its proximity to Whitefield Global School, which is literally nearby. This was a major factor for us with two young kids. We bought a 3 BHK unit, which is quite spacious, ranging from 1125 to 1345 square feet. The price for our unit was around 41 Lakhs. Having the Kadugodi Railway Station Bus Stop a short distance is also very useful for travel. The kids love the play area and the swimming pool. The 24x7 water supply and security are good reassurances for a family. The only downside is the traffic getting out of Whitefield during peak hou, it can be quite bad.

    We just moved into our fit home at Ushodaya Pallavi. It’s a 2 BHK, around 1025 square feet. The price was within our budget, around 33 Lakhs, which felt manageable for a fit-time purchase. We really liked the fact that it’s ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait long after booking. The location in Whitefield is quite convenient for daily commutes and also has a metro station nearby, a short distance. The swimming pool and jogging track are nice additions for relaxing after work. I am a bit concerned about the parking though, it seems a little cramped, especially if you have guests over. Overall, it's a good start for us.
