The price range, 20.85 Lakh to 26.43 Lakh, was appealing, and it was ready to move in, which suited our urgent needs. S Construction Kolkata finished the project by December 2022. The amenities like car parking and 24x7 security are good. The proximity to Narayana Hospital is a definite plus. However, the connectivity to major roads like Andul Road and Kona Expressway is a bit far, nearby. This makes our daily commute slightly longer than we would like. The construction quality appeasolid, and the layout of the flat is practical for modern living.

S Construction Kolkata delivered the project by December 2022, so it was ready when we needed it. The budget of around 20.85 Lakhs was manageable for us as a teacher couple. The location in Podara, Howrah, is developing. The main downside is the connectivity; you have to travel close to reach the Kona Expressway or Andul Road, making weekend getaways a longer affair. The lift and car parking are functional, and the 24x7 water supply is reliable.
