The amenities like car parking and 24x7 security are good. The proximity to Narayana Hospital is a definite plus. However, the connectivity to major roads like Andul Road and Kona Expressway is a bit far, nearby. This makes our daily commute slightly longer than we would like. The construction quality appeasolid, and the layout of the flat is practical for modern living.
