    Relocating to Kolkata for work at Narayana Hospital - RN Tagore Hospital was a big decision. Finding a place close by was my top priority. Urvi Residence 1 is literally nearby, which is amazing. The proximity to Kalighat Metro Station, nearby, is also a plus for getting around the city easily. Urvi Buildeis developing this project and it’s currently under construction, expected to finish by December 2027. I am buying a flat for myself and the location is perfect for my commute. I'm a bit concerned about the dust from ongoing construction, but that's expected. The developer seems reputable.
