I purchased a larger 4 BHK unit here, about 2500 sq.ft, for my family. Urbainia Trinity is in a developing area of Noida Extension, which has good connectivity to the expressway. The Vastu compliant design was important to us, and the project also offeamenities like organic farming and landscaping which are nice touches. The construction was completed in June 2021, and it's ready to move in, which was a priority. My only reservation is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which can be a bit botheome on some days. However, the internal amenities make up for it.

The location is decent, with Ryan International School only a few kilometeaway, which is great for families. The building has essential amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which are crucial. We moved in shortly after the completion in June 2021. The drive to the Noida Sector 51 Metro Station takes about 15-20 minutes. The area is still developing, so there's some construction noise, but it's manageable.
