It offegood connectivity to NH-8 and Golf Coue Extension Road. The price for plots ranges up to 5.94 Crore, and I managed to get mine within the 3 Crore range. The amenities like garbage disposal and landscaping are already in place. I'm looking forward to building my fit home here. The area feels safe with video door security.

We were renting in Sector 50 and decided it was time to buy. We chose Uppal Southend for a 3 BHK flat. The 2600 square feet size is a good upgrade from our rental. We looked at many projects, but the lush green landscapes and theme park here stood out. It's great for our evening walks. The Sector 55-56 Metro Station is also not too far, about 6 kilomete, which is handy. The construction was completed in 2003, so it's an older but established society. Price was 2.4 Crore. One thing we are still getting used to is the noise from the main Sohna Road, especially during weekends.
